Wooden decks do not hold their value over 3 years. Treated wood and pressure-treated deck boards look great, but they do require a couple hours of annual maintenance with a product like Cutex extreme wood protection.
As for wood decking material, we offer a couple options. Pressure treated spruce is the Norm, Cost effective. Cedar boards are known for their outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, straight grain, and great smell! Both require yearly maintenance.
IPE decking is a hardwood that is comparable to composite. Known for its structural strength and great look for years to come. We also offer a recycled bamboo decking that’s is another low maintenance wood decking product.
Every wood deck we build is covered by our 3-year workmanship warranty. All of our decking is built on helix screw piles, and includes a picture frame, fascia/ risers and skirting for a complete finished look. All of our decks get the total G-Tape treatment to protect the structure from water and increase its lifespan.
First, we set up a time to visit your home. Once we’re on-site, we’ll discuss the project, your ideas, your needs, and how you will use the space. We offer a 3D design service, starting at $150-$1000 to help you visualize the finished product.
After our visit you can expect a formal quote from us in 2-3 days, broken down into sections to see exactly what you are paying for. Financing is available.
After permits are pulled, it will take us between 1-4 weeks to build your deck, depending on the size of the project.
Keeping a clean site is a must. We keep you in the loop during the whole building process. Staying on time and on budget.
Although we work with every client based on their budget, you can expect that custom deck will cost between $6,000-$60,000 depending on the materials and your deck’s size, shape, stairs and finish.

We also build on helix screw piles. All of our decks get the total G-Tape treatment for protecting the structure keeping everything water tight and lasting for years.
G- Tape is an exceptional acrylic adhesive flashing tape, waterproofing your deck substructure to prevent water damage and rot from stealing years away from the longevity of your deck.
We love g tape. It’s the easiest way to flash the ledger board and keep water out of your house. It’s also used on top of the joist, even though wood is pressure treated. Screws from the deck boards penetrate the joists leaving holes for water to run in and rot your joist from the inside out. G tape acts like a washer around the screw and keeps water out. Adding extra protection having your deck last many years to come
